BMAC worked with our builder and installed our shutters without issue. We decided post-installation to have our roller blinds made remote control. In May 2014, BMAC prepared and installed window treatments in our three-bedroom apartment at New Acton South in Canberra. Allana came to our previous home with samples and took considerable trouble to source the materials we wanted at good prices.
Allana and Ben are as personally friendly and helpful as they are professional and competent. They knew we wanted the installation to take place on the eve of moving in, once the property had settled, and they were ready to go. The ordering, manufacture and installation to a requested (by us) six-week timetable went flawlessly. Though the other firm who quoted for us came in slightly cheaper, we went with BMAC because 1. they were able to provide better reflective and motorised roller blinds and 2. we were so confident that they would do a good job for us, and we were not disappointed.
One last thing. We subsequently approached Allana and Ben to look at an ensuite bathroom with a lot of exposed glass, to consider our options for making that room cooler and more private. They worked with us very well on solutions and quoted for us, but were entirely fine when we decided not to proceed. I have dealt with other trade and sales persons in similar situations who have reacted negatively or pushily in such circumstances, but not BMAC.
I cannot commend BMAC highly enough.
