Depending on the product type the time frame once we receive your deposit will generally be as follows:

  • Blinds: 3 - 4 weeks
  • Curtains: 4 - 6 weeks (provided there are no fabric issues
  • Shutters & Awnings 6-8 weeks

Exterior products can vary in time frame.

Installations are generally carried out between 7am and 5pm, Monday to Friday, and some Saturdays when required.

Warranties vary across our product range, though all of our furnishings include and are covered by our minimum 12 month warranty. Some products include up to a 10 year warranty, please ask us about warranties when selecting your products.
