What is BMAC's lead time?

Depending on the product type the time frame once we receive your deposit will generally be as follows:

Blinds: 3 - 4 weeks
Curtains: 4 - 6 weeks (provided there are no fabric issues
Shutters & Awnings 6-8 weeks

Exterior products can vary in time frame.

Please note all products may experience longer than normal delays because of the Coronavirus.

What are BMAC's operating hours?

Our office is open from 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday, and the occasional Saturday

Installations are generally carried out between 7am and 5pm, Monday to Friday, and some Saturdays when required.

When can I come into the showroom?

What warranty is available on BMAC's products?

Warranties vary across our product range, though all of our furnishings include and are covered by our minimum 12 month warranty. Some products include up to a 10 year warranty, please ask us about warranties when selecting your products.

Will I have to replace my windows before I can put in motorised window coverings?

Not at all. Motorisation and automation solutions can be installed just as easily in new buildings as during renovations.

Why should I motorise my window furnishings?

You will save time and money and make your house safer. Time, because you will no longer need to raise and lower all your roller shutters by hand one by one. Money, because you will make considerable energy savings through the automated control of openings according to weather conditions.

You also gain on the security front. Even when going out for a short time, you will no longer hesitate to close your shutters, because you can do it with a single "click" on your remote control or from your smartphone. What's more, with automation, you can activate your roller shutters to simulate your presence
